Questions before you write in
Enquiries that reach us during office hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST) are usually answered within four working hours. Anything that arrives overnight is answered the next working morning. A full day-by-day itinerary takes up to 24 working hours because we check ferry and hotel availability before quoting.

Your booking confirmation carries a coordinator's direct number. That coordinator is on the islands for the whole of your trip and is reachable on WhatsApp — not a mainland call centre.
No. Itineraries, quotes and replanning are free. You pay only when you confirm a trip, and the first payment is a 25% advance that holds hotels and ferry seats.
